Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your Mizuno account or use the guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including the shoe box or apparel bag, and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Mizuno Warehouse

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Malaysia.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
